By accessing or using the WebPMagic website and our suite of image optimization tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use of the Service

WebPMagic provides a client-side image compression and conversion utility, alongside educational web development content. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes.

• Commercial Use: Our image optimizer is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You are welcome to optimize assets for client projects, e-commerce stores, and enterprise applications.
• Acceptable Use: You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the functionality of the WebPMagic website or its server infrastructure.

2. Intellectual Property and User Data

Because our conversion tool leverages the HTML5 Canvas API to process files locally within your browser, WebPMagic claims no ownership rights over the images you optimize. You retain 100% of your intellectual property. Conversely, the articles, code snippets, site design, and branding found on WebPMagic are the exclusive property of WebPMagic and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and tools on WebPMagic are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. WebPMagic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Furthermore, because image processing is highly dependent on your local device's hardware and memory limits, we do not warrant that the tool will perform flawlessly on all devices or browsers.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall WebPMagic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools and materials on the WebPMagic website, even if WebPMagic or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Revisions and Errata

The technical articles and coding tutorials appearing on WebPMagic could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our web performance guidelines, we do not warrant that any of the materials on the site are entirely complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the site at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cagayan de Oro City.
